• TERMS: 

Understand the terms "you", "your(s)", "I" and "traveler" refers to a participant that has opted to pay to travel with the 1865 Travel Collective. Understand the terms " we", "us", and "our" refer to the 1865 Collective, affiliates such as It's Simply Easy Travel LLC and its vendors.

• IDENTIFICATION:

You are required to have unexpired identification. If you are under the age of 21 will need to be accompanied by an adult to travel. 

You agree to purchase required travel documentation needed. Such as a visa...etc. in order to travel to certain international destinations.

Passports and Medical Attention: We may organize destinations both international and domestic but some destinations may require a valid passport and/or vaccinations. You are required to submit proof in order to travel with the 1865 Travel Collective. 

• TRAVEL PROTECTION:

Purchasing Travel Insurance is very important to have but it will be up to you the traveler to purchase travel insurance to protect their travel investment. At the most 1865 Travel Collective may offer or suggest insurance companies but will be up to traveler to purchase.

• AN ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS:

As a participant as a traveler. You will need to have an active email address. There will be important information and confirmations that will be sent to you. We are not responsible for information that was sent in email/text that travelers neglect to read or respond to.

• PROPERTY: 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged property before, after or during travel. 

• 1865 TRAVEL COLLECTIVE PLEDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES:

We as the hosts, pledge in good faith that all selected travel destinations will be carefully chosen to meet basic standards. Our commitment is to ensure that your travel experience are enjoyable and safe. We do not aspire to travel to locations that may pose harm to the host or to travelers.

• GROUP HARMONY CLAUSE:

You agree to be aware of your limitations when it comes to activities, etc. while being a part of the 1865 Travel Collective. If you are deemed unruly, a fault finder, chronic complainer and/or difficult during the travel destination. You may be ejected from the group trip immediately and banned from further travel destinations with the 1865 Travel Collective.

• TERM CHANGES:

Understand Terms & Conditions may change.  Each destination will require that you agree to the terms and conditions.
